Carolyn is an accomplished corporate event planning professional with more than twenty-five years of experience specializing in company outings, team building events, employee appreciation events, client appreciation experiences, executive board retreats, meetings, and formal receptions.
Carolyn is the President & CEO of EVENTS USA which has a focus on producing events that assist companies recognize, reward and retain their valuable staff and clients. To assist local business professionals network to success Carolyn launched and hosted the Sterling Women of Washington DC monthly luncheon for over two years.
Prior to this, in 2011 she founded and was the CEO of Fun Company Events LLC, a minority woman-owned small business that specializes in creating memorable and exciting company picnics, corporate outings, team building events, day-cations and corporate reset events.
Carolyn was named a 2022 ICABA Women of Impact Honoree, a 2022 SHE Awards Top Ladies in Business Honoree, a 2021 Community Business Leader, the 2018 Women in Business Champion of the Year by the DC, Chamber of Commerce.
